To be fair I only have experience of buying the insurance as I have not having a claim but they are very good value and efficient.

Just be consistent and treat people fairly with regard to inflation etc.
Service good, I prefer a stable rather than wildly fluctuating quote which can occur after initial year. Unjustifiable increases cause me to start shopping around.
