I had a specific insurance requirement and Axa were extremely helpful. But it was a challenge to actually find an appropriate phone number rather than having to deal with AI or FAQs.

Just be consistent and treat people fairly with regard to inflation etc.

Service good, I prefer a stable rather than wildly fluctuating quote which can occur after initial year. Unjustifiable increases cause me to start shopping around.
