Little disappointed I didnt get a call about my renewal. Been customer for few years and only got one letter with price. No fallup. Confident in them as brand, but would of liked more contact.

At AXA our renewal process is to issue a renewal letter 28 days prior to renewal inviting you to renew your policy either online, over the phone or in branch.
