Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent company, friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable premiums.

I had my car insurance with AXA and decided to give them my Home Insurance as well so I have all with the same company. I found the staff so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend AXA.

I think Axa are a good company with competitive prices. The only negative experience was when they offered me a renewal quote that was more expensive than the quote I got from going onto the Axa site...
