I tried to call you however you were unavailable.

Our renewals price sent out in the post our based on information from the previous year. Often we can allow discount this is based on confirming and updating the current information we have in relation to your policy when the customer calls.

At AXA we try our best to minimise these increases, while still offering a great product to suit our customers needs.

It should be optional at the end of the year to renew with or without drivesave.
