Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

my Claim was handled very poorly from the start and throughout

Very poor service from the start of the claim and was told afterwards that my policy wouldn’t be renewed when the policy was up Dee to the fact I made a claim

Will not renew after a claim

Terrible when it came to renewal after a claim had been made. Claims paid with deductions made, however told that the policy would not be renewed. Paid over £18k for £4k claims over 3 years with them.
