Avventure bellissime srl Reviews

Thank you for your positive feedback about our Venice walking tour - Barbara is one of our best guides and very knowledgeable and customer-friendly. We are glad it was a pleasant experience for you. Thank you for booking with us!

Dear Lance, thank you for your positive feedback about our private day tour of Rome - this is a private tour meaning we arrange it only for your family so of course the pace can be adjusted to your needs. Francesca is indeed one of our most experienced guides and we are very pleased to read you enjoyed exploring Rome with her. Thank you for your comments, we hope to welcome you on our tours again in the future! Kind regards, Aleksandra / Sales Dept

Thank you for your feedback. We value your comments and it is important for us to ensure maxium quality on our tours. We are very attentive with the reviews from our travelers and we don't mind investigating in case there is anything amiss. We tried to contact you directly to receive a more detailed feedback before contacting our guide as well as other participants in the group in order to have a possibly objective idea of the situation. We have not heard back from you therefore we can only address this feedback by saying all the guides that are hired for the tours are interviewed by us and periodically we run quality checks during the tour to make sure all is operating as scheduled. On that particular day we had three very experienced guides who have been with our company for years. We have not received any less positive comments from anyone else on the tour that day. At the beginning of the tour the assistants do the sound check to ensure everyone is hearing the guide well - did ask for assistance or notify anyone before the tour commenced if you were not hearing well? We use headsets that are the most updated ones so it is extremely rare that there is any issue with them. We don't know from your feedback what occured with the guard or other tourists - perhaps the situation required the guide to intervene. We would appreciate to be contacted by you to discuss further as we are serious people and we take responsibility where it is required. We remain at your disposal for any assistance.

UPDATE
We have now received your feedback, verified with the guide and addressed all the issues directly via e-mail. Based on the feedback from the guide we understand you are not fully satisfied and a partial refund has been issued. We thank you for your detailed comments - we are open to suggestions and don't mind improving to ensure maximum quality on tours.

Dear Chris, thank you for your positive feedback about our small group day trip to the Dolomites. We are very pleased the tour was enjoyable, the views spectacular and our driver-guide friendly. We are certain you will have many happy memories from the trip. Thank you for booking with us!

Dear Sherri, thank you for your feedback. The tour operates with a private motor-launch similar to a private water-taxi. We are an honest company and on the website you can view a video about the tour and how it operates where you can see what boats are used. The tour operates with an English speaking guide providing info about the area of the canal you are seeing and Venice's history, culture, interesting facts etc. Thank you for appreciating our guide's knowledge and dedication.

Dear Gloriana,

Thank you for your comments and suggestions on our Small Group Essence of Venice tour. Our tours are suitable for people of all ages so we try to accomodate everyone's preferences, speaking about the real life in Venice city center and giving as much information as we can about art and history of the city. Unfortunately, the tour lasts only 2 hours and we need to concentrate a lot of topics in the limited time we spend with you. In any case, we will forward your comment to the guides in order to improve our job!

We hope to welcome you again on our tours soon,

Marianna
