Avventure bellissime srl Reviews

Thank you for your feedback. All our guides are knowledgeable and if time permits can happily answer questions from clients. In case of small group tours the guide must follow the itinerary advertised online and adjustments to individual needs may not be possible. The guide who accompanied you on the tour is very experienced and has worked with our company for many years Feedbacks from other participants in the group were very positive. Presumably you were looking for a different type of tour but this is not something that we can predict. We always suggest to contact our expert sales team in case you want to make sure you select the right tour for your party. Thank you for your feedback.

Dear Beth, thank you for your positive comments about our Small group day trip to the Dolomites - it's excellent news you had a splendid experience! We will be happy to forward your comments to our driver-guide and we hope to receive new reservations from you in the future!

Thank you so much for your positive comment about your semi-private Italy trip featuring Rome Florence Tuscant and Venice. We are pleased to read your vacation was great, that you liked the locations and that the hotels were clean. For all transfers we use AC Mercedes or similar make vehicles and all of them are regularly checked and are allowed to circulate only if all the technical aspects and papers are in order. We will of course run a quality check again, thank you for your notifying us. We understand that overall it was a good holiday and we hope to assist you again in the future!

Dear Dan, thank you so much for your positive feedback about your customized Italy trip featuring Rome, Amalfi coast, Florence, Cinque Terre, Venice and lake Como. We are very pleased to read you liked the way the package is scheduled and what was included in your trip. Cinque Terre is a very hilly region hence we always inform our travelers about it so that they are aware there are indeed steps to climb. We are a little surprised by your comments about the apartment since customers are generally very satisfied with this accommodation however of course we will do a quality check on it again to make sure all is order. We suggest always notifying a supplier about any matter directly during your stay to allow the company to assist you immediately. Now that you have left it's no longer possible for us to do anything anymore. e understand however that overall it was a great holiday for you and we appreciate you taking your time to provide your comments. Thank you for booking with us!
