My apologies I got my tours mixed up. The boat tour was great.

Tour implied we would learn about the sites we were passing. It was just a boat ride with dinner no commentary. Not what I expected. My friend asked for no eggs in the salad and the server said no....

Thank you for your feedback. Our tour does not include any dinners or meals and operates with an English speaking guide providing explanation along the way. Are you sure your feedback refers to the correct tour?

The boat tour was great. I liked that there were not a lot of people on the boat. The guide was very informative.

Dear client, we are sorry to read you find our customer service lacking. What do you mean by a "wrong answer"? Based on the tour list you traveled together with another family and attended the same tours but placed your reservations separately. Please clarify.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you don't seem to be fully satisfied with the tours. According to our records and feedbacks from other participants, including the second family that traveled with you, both tours went smoothly despite your late arrival at the meeting point that caused a delay. We had expert guides on both tours that day who received praises from clients who traveled in the past. In what way exactly do you think the tours were not worth it? We don't mind criticism if it's constructive and backed with concrete examples of what could be improved. We are open to discussion if you wish to contact us directly with your suggestions.

Extremely satisfied

The tour leader was kind and explained very well. She waited at Vatican museum for us as we were late. She had great resources to show us how those monuments were built.
