Dear Client, we are sorry you don't seem to be fully satisfied with the tour. Would you mind elaborating in more detail why do you think the tour contents were not fully satisfactory? Can you provide a concrete example? We don't mind discussing if it helps us to improve. You state in the title the guide was informative therefore it couldn't have been all bad. Where possible the guides will adjust the tour pace to the group however they have to include all stops included in the tour description plus this is peak season so lots of tourists on the streets and conducing tours is always a bit tricky in those conditions. Thank you for your comments.

Thank you for your comment, we will refer your words to our city guide in Siena and our driver-guide who accompanied you on the tour.
