There were too many people on the tour. It would be better with a smaller group.

Dear Client ,

Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry you didn't appreciate the tour because of too many people - We have many tours , some are small group tours and others like the one you have booked has a maximum of 25 people per guide -

Yours sincerely

OK, not great.

Tour was just OK. Driver/guide was nice enough but added very little to the tour. It would have been fun to get more history on the towns.

Dear Client ,

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you did not fully enjoyed your tour with our driver-guide Claudio and I was mostly surprised to hear that he did not provide enough insight about the places visited , as he's been conducting successfully and in a professional manner this tour for the last two years. I can only suppose that being the day when the tour occurred ( 31st October ) very demanding due to unpredictable bad weather conditions , our driver was more concentrated in conducting the tour in safety and for this reason he delivered less in depth information about the places visited. Of course I do understand that from your point of view this ended up like being not a completely satisfactory experience and for this reason , I welcome you to get in touch with our company in the future , should you come back to Italy, so that we can give you some form of compensation in any type of services you may need while visiting our country.

Yours sincerely

Monica

What Trusted Customer said about Avventure bellissime srl:

Overall great experience. Glad we chose Avventure Bellissime for our trip.

The itinerary worked out very well, travel connections from city to city were great. Only had 1 hitch when we arrived in Rome and our driver wasn't there for us. We hadn't gotten our cell phone for...

Thank you so much for your comments about your trip - we are very happy to read that overall it was a great experience for you and we appreciate your recommendation. There is a specific meeting point at Rome airport once you exit from the luggage collection area where usually all the drivers are waiting - we presume you just didn't see each other immediately but we are glad you managed to get in touch with us and found the driver very soon afterwards. We work with selected hotels only which we inspect and visit personally. Hotels have no control over noise in the street however we have forwarded your comments to the hotel management and they will of course consider your feedback. We are pleased tours were informative and our guides helpful and passionate about their cities. We hope you will travel with us again in the future. Thank you for choosing Avventure Bellissime!
