Dear Client,

Please find down below the reply from our General Manager regarding your comments about the tour:

Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry you did not enjoy the tour. Many clients love to see the Dolomites covered in snow, certainly you chose not the right time of the year to take this tour, if you do not like winter mountain scenery – As for Cortina and San Candid, these two are among the best examples of typical mountain villages and we spend a good amount of time as many clients enjoy spending some time walking around these two pearls of the dolomites with all their nice little shops, cozy coffee shops, mountain architecture, and surrounded by beautiful mountain peaks –

Hope you’ll have the opportunity to visit this beautiful area of Italy in summer months when of course the scenery is quite different –

Best Regards,

Monica

Customer service was great. Picked us up at our downtown hotel. This tour was an easy way to see both Pompeii and the Almafi coast in one day while staying in Rome.
