Andante Travels Reviews

We have been working recently on improvements to our admin systems which we feel sure will now restore our former levels of exemplary customer service.  Regarding the provision of wine with meals, we did have a printing error in our preliminary brochure which offered wine with dinner on all of our tours, even those countries which are known to be dry!  We contacted all our customers to warn them of the error but this obviously caused great disappointment to some and we are sorry for this.  We always strive to offer an excellent level of service and in some cases, despite our best efforts, this does not always go to plan.  We hope that we will be able to welcome you on a future Andante tour to demonstrate our commitment to you as a customer.
