We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

I am pleased to say that the feedback from this particular tour has been acted upon! The future tour to the Czech Republic for 2018 (we did not run it in 2017) has a new itinerary which will be evident in the full Andante brochure coming out at the end of September.
