Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed your trip and truly appreciate your kind words about our expert guides - they are indeed at the heart of what makes our tours special. Regarding your concern, we believe there may have been a misunderstanding. We contract our Guide Lecturers well over a year in advance (we’re currently confirming 2027 tours) and finalised Gillian’s 2026 dates with her earlier this year (in March), even adjusting our proposed schedule to align with her UK travel plans.
