We regret however the disappointment felt with your stay at the Rosen Inn International. Your comments regarding the staff and housekeeping have been shared with the product department for their information and future consideration. Concerning the charge for the roll-away bed, our records show that your travel consultant informed you that this would be an additional charge to be paid locally. However we regret any disappointment felt. We are pleased to note that the above did not take too much away from the overall enjoyment of your holiday.
