Unfortunately, as per our previous response to you, when flight disruption occurs, the flights are under airport control and it is their responsibility to re-protect passengers on an alternative flight. However we regret if there was any shortfall in our, or the airlines service level on this occasion. We regret however to hear of the travel disruption you experienced. We fully understand how important your time is when travelling and we can assure you that operating on schedule is equally important to the airlines. However, unfortunately there are times when delays and cancelation occur that are beyond their control. We note that the airline provided overnight accommodation, however if you had any additional expenses such as meals and taxis, we suggest you forward your receipts to your travel insurance company as this should be covered by your policy.
