Alton towers credit note
I had booking cancelled from March which I only paid £96 and was allowed to use my voucher against a anytime stay which I used for Scarefest which should of been around £250

Quick and easyish
Booking was quick and easy but it would be even better if you could book the scarefest mazes etc when booking accommodation as I had to do these separately.

Incorrect prices
Clunky site, somewhat old look and feel - although main issue is the poor data - it offered the dungeons at £5 but double that when booking, which had to be separate too
