easy to understand, buy , the staff at customer service was very helpful as well. but i havent claimed yet (hopefully not) so cant comment about the claim process.

Bad service
My luggage was broken when I returned from Tokyo to Manchester, I reported to Allianz immediately but I still cannot receive any feedback from Allianz after 4 months.

Avoid them as is waste of money and time

Have been charged twice
Was charged twice for the holiday insurance. Didn't give trustworthy feeling about the company overall.
