I am sorry to hear about the problem with your hair colour. We order our L’Oreal and Garnier hair colours directly from L’Oreal themselves so I can guarantee they are the legitimate products. If you want a replacement, please let us know and we will send that out straight away.
Alternatively, you may want to contact Garnier Customer Services on 0800 085 4376 (UK) and see what they recommend.

Very efficient service all round. Items received within 2 days from initial order.
Paid extra to get next day delivery on Thursday. I'm now sat here Monday morning and still haven't received

Good afternoon,
Thank you for taking my call. I just wanted to take this time explain the confusion with your order and point out what we have done to stop it happening again. Our website 12pm cut off point for next day delivery as our courier can arrive any time after 1pm and we need time to pick and pack any orders before despatch.
Unfortunately, you order came in about an hour and 40 minutes after that cut off point so your order was not despatch until the next day. This was a Friday which regrettably meant that your order was not delivered until Monday as we can only guarantee business day deliveries.
We do explain this on the Deliveries and Returns section of the website but to help prevent confusion going forward we have changed the priority delivery option on our website to read the following: Priority (Before 12pm For Next Business Day). Hopefully this will help prevent confusion going forward.
I just want to thank you again for your time and I hope that this has not caused you too great an inconvenience. We do hope to hear from you again in the future.
