How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

When I bought the fan you stated if you ordered it before a certain deadline it would be delivered the next day, however, this is misleading as you still took the money and sent a return e-mail...

Good morning, As per our delivery terms and conditions which are stated on our website, "Please note that delivery next day is only possible if the goods are in stock, we do not guarantee next day delivery." Please also note that next day delivery is only available when paying the £5.98 next day delivery charge. This option was not available to you as the item was not in stock. We then quoted that the item would arrive in our warehouse on the 4th of August. It arrived ahead of schedule on the Friday 1st, and was delivered to you the following Monday, which was the 4th of August. If you need to contact us to further discuss, please call us on 0115 8240259. Kind regards, Sam Hayman
