Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very poor customer service - Nobody available to answer phone, no live chat and email…

Very poor customer service - Nobody available to answer phone, no live chat and email unanswered. Unable to obtain any delivery information but luckily somebody was at home when delivered.

Thank you very much for your comments. Please accept my apologies for your problems. I'm not sure why you couldn't get in contact with us. I have looked through our email system and cannot find an email from you. Our Live Chat system is on from 9am until 4pm and so are our phones. I will be having all our systems checked and hopefully this will be cleared up shortly. I have spoken to the company who delivers the pallets for us. They did not try to contact you as they was passing through the area and took a chance to get the pallet to you quicker than normal. If they were unable to deliver at that time, they would most certainly have contacted you to book in a delivery.
