1. I never suggested that the garlands weren't taken in house. But they are definitely more white in person than in the photos. I fail to see why you cant either a: take better photos or b: state that they have a white frosting to them. Its not necessarily a bad thing - the photos just dont marry up to what you get.
2. I mentioned the option to return in the chatbox, I believe.
3. You mention they dont shed. They definitely shed.
If I could upload photos, I would.
Would definitely buy these again. Excellent quality.
