We note that you have marked us down for poor service levels, and we would be very grateful if could you kindly expand on why this was, which we hope will enable us to improve the level of service that we can offer. With regards to the Awesome Jeans, we are sorry to have learnt that you found them to be on the small side, so please accept our apologies.
