Thank you for taking the time to send your comments re the order you place with Joe Browns. We were disappointed to note your comments about returns, and the fact that we do not offer this service.Where most companies offer this the price of the carriage for post or for returns is built in to the price you pay for the goods. We would rather try and keep our prices low and not bump them up by hidden costs, so unfortunately at this point in time we do not offer this service. As an apology I will send a pre paid slip for you to return the top should you wish to do so. Thanks again for your comments Kind regards Tony Brown
