David - I feel your comments are unfair as you clearly did not read our terms and conditions before “agreeing” to them.
You agreed to the terms and conditions during the check out process, other wise the transaction would not complete. It says quite clearly that to remain PCI compliant we only ship to the account holders billing address unless the Payment Service Provider, (in this case PayPal) authorise delivery to another address....which they didn’t.

Shipping is charged "at cost" in this case £6.50 plus VAT (£7.80) and 30p for packaging - simply is not possible to send a package of this weight any "cheaper"
Conformation email was sent to the .com Hotmail account supplied with the order (although we note the email address registered with PP is different) - 15th November at 16.07

I'm revising my ratings based on this feedback and the series of patronising emails that followed. The points are mostly valid I imagine but if this is how you deal with good feedback I'd hate to have to resolve a dispute with your company.
Paypal do validate my address as I confirmed to you, and as stated no other company have ever had a problem with that. I accept that this seems to be their or my fault in this instance though.
I appreciate Royal Mail's charges but please feel free to compare your postage costs to others selling the same products. Royal mail first class is not the only postage option available so maybe offering your customers some choice of postage options would be nice. I accept delivery speed is out of your control though.
I had an email saying my order had been shipped to my delivery address but no confirmation of order prior to that. Also the items did NOT ship to my delivery address as the email stated but I think we've been over that one.

We have offered you a number of solutions that would work around the PayPal policy, such as creating a customer account with us (you chose not to) - adding your work address to your PP account - using a common email address for the order and your PP account - All of these measures are imposed upon us by the Payment Service provider for our protection and also yours.......it all helps to eliminate fraud.
Conflicts of information instantly flag up "caution" for Payment Service providers,
Edit - End of the day, we don't make the rules, just live with and apply them.

Wow really? Still with the patronising attitude? You clearly read my feedback as well as I read your terms and conditions, or the email I sent with my address highlighted as validated by paypal... (still not blaming you here).
Nice to see you edited out all the other false information that was just sent to me though.
To anyone still bothering to read this: The company is fine in my opinion and I'd use them again. My only criticism would be that, if you ask for feedback, please don't take offense at receiving some. Responding in this manner lead me to downgrade my rating of your customer services.

You messed up, not us, not PayPal,not the Royal Mail.
Quite why you feel you should be treated differently to anyone else remains unclear.
Maybe you can help us here? Which part of our terms that says
" Please note in order to remain compliant we ship to card holders address only, unless the alternative (delivery address) submitted is approved by the finance provider."
do you feel is unclear?
Indeed PayPal do validate your home address, but not the delivery address you requested - that is the whole point................if they did, then we would of sent it to that address, but they did not, so protect ourselves and indeed yourself, we comply with their regulations.
There is no more to be said.

Please look at this from my viewpoint (or that of a potential future customer who is reading this).
You send me an email asking for feedback. I take time out of my day to give feedback. Instead of a polite response you decide to take a bad attitude, imply I am a moron and lie about emails having been sent. You don't read my further comments properly and delete your comments when you realise your not speaking the truth. Your last comment is bordering on being abusive.
I haven't asked for any money back and I haven't asked to be treated differently.
The point of having feedback is to use it constructively. I hope in the future you try and offer different classes of postage if possible, inform customers that you have taken their money and are dealing with their order, send out dispatch emails that have the correct delivery address on them (whether that address is where the customer wants it to go or not) and above all be polite.
