I am sorry you feel the carriage charge excessive, but it is out of our control. I would like to point out that we aim only to recover our costs and as such charge carriage "at cost to us" - we also feel it is essential to use a tracked service and one that offers full compensation in the unlikely event of a **** up! There are two options in the checkout process for delivery of this product which weighs 4.2kg
I note from your order that you selected Interlink as most people do and is our preferred courier. £12 plus VAT is their charge and is what we add to the invoice.
