Dear Mr Heather,I am sorry that you felt that our responses were cold in this instance. This was not our intention. I can see the final response issued as very detailed and explained that the additional driver is shown at the time of quotation, during the booking process and detailed upon the voucher. An additional driver was not added to this booking initially when it was placed, however, the information pertaining to this extra was included in the voucher. The charge for this was also detailed upon the rental agreement that was signed at the time of collection.Terms and conditions do change and update regularly, not all providers include a second driver for free, however, we do state where charges will apply. We are of course sorry that you remain disappointed on this occasion. Sadly, we nor Hertz cannot provide a refund of a charge that was accepted at the time of the rental.
