What Mr Mathew Henry said about Zest Car Rental:

Zest will be my goto car rental company - I cannot fault the service!!!

Although the car provider was terrible, the excellent service from Zest and the excess insurance company made up for it and ensured I was not out of pocket, due to bogus car damages charges.

Dear Mr Fowlds, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our company. We are sorry to learn of your disappointment on this occasion. As has been explained to you, by our Customer Relations Team, you left your toll road deposit in the form of cash. The rental company are unable to return the cash payment to you, as it can take up to 4 weeks for it to be established whether or not the tolled roads were used during your hire. LC Rent then offered to process the refund via bank transfer, however, you were unable to send your details which would have allowed them to complete the transaction. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded the 20 EUR toll deposit on this occasion. We trust that this resolves this matter to your satisfaction and we hope that we can be of service to you again in the future. Zest Car Rental
