If you do ever find that you are waiting excessively, please do not hesitate to contact us here in the UK on 01362 852288. We will then ascertain if there is anything further that we can do for you. The providers do try their utmost to have the vehicles ready on time for their customers. The airport tax is the tax that allows them to deliver the vehicle, or, the tax which allows the customers to pick up the car at the airport. Any airport collections at Faro will incur this charge. Masterkings have apologised for any previous delays and have added a note to your booking for the future as well. We do value all feedback that we receive as this assists us in monitoring the services of the providers going forward. Once again, please accept our apologies for your past disappointment.
