We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very good if there's a problem they are always there to help. The Yodel courier is brilliant. Always delivers with a smile and ensure package in hall as I am disabled.
