Thank you for your order. Rather than pulling the plants out of the top of each tray - risking damaging them - use a Dibber or a Biro pen to push them through from the bottom. I hope that helps. Will YouGarden Ltd

It is recommended that you “top-up” your pond with Bio Pond Clear if the algae or blanketweed starts to return after a few weeks. This is particularly true in hot summers like this one, when algal growth is greatly increased. Next time, try a larger pack, and splitting the doses over a few weeks. Will YouGarden Ltd
