This was sent from our Jersey nursery. Because of disruption in ferry services due to extreme weather conditions, this order was held in a postal depot too long, with resultant deterioration in the quality of the plants. When contacted by the customer, we had sold out of Trailing Pansy 'Friolina' plants, so we sent Trailing Pansy 'Cool Wave' instead - a brand new, superior product in our opinion. This was agreed with the customer before sending. I have contacted the customer for feedback on the fresh plants. Will YouGarden Ltd
