A warming Northern Rhône Syrah, Christine Vernay's 'Sainte Agathe' is a wine with a bright, black fruit bouquet and a complex and concentrated palate of plums and damson, hints of herbs and a smooth, supple finish. Certified organic. The 'Sainte-Agathe' cuvée from Domaine Georges Vernay hails from a parcel of old vines that border Côte Rôtie, planted within the boundaries of the Condrieu appellation (red Condrieu is not allowed, hence the IGP Collines Rhodaniennes status).
