This terrific, crisp white all-rounder has deservedly become one of our 'go to' wine recommendations for parties, receptions and events. It has a subtle bouquet of citrus fruit with hints of herbs and a zesty, dry, unoaked palate. The 'house' red and white wines from Vignerons Ardéchois, both called 'Les Terrasses', are clean, bright and fruity and ideal for reliable everyday drinking. The white is a lovely, versatile wine from an unusual but effective blend of around two-thirds Sauvignon Blanc with the remainder Grenache Blanc that is bottled under screw-cap to preserve its youthful freshness.
