The Tiollier family's Crémant de Savoie is a welcome addition to our sparkling wine range. A refreshing fizz, it has fine bubbles and lovely zingy citrus and poached pear flavours, a rounded and supple texture and moreish finish. Crémant de Savoie, which must contain a minimum of 60% local grapes Jacquère and/or Altesse, became the eighth crémant appellation in France at the end of 2015. It joins Alsace, Bourgogne, Bordeaux, Loire, Limoux, Jura and Die.With notes of green apple skin and citrus with a mineral undertone and hint of caramel, it is ideal as an aperitif or serve with canapés.
