Frédéric Pourtalie's 'Le M' bottling is intensely briary - fruit dominates the bouquet with a little spice and its fresh, juicy black plum and cherry fruit finishes with fine tannins and a touch of char. Certified organic. Domaine de Montcalmès 'Le M' is sourced from lower-yielding organically-farmed 30 year-old vines (average) sited around the commune of Puéchabon and Aniane on varying aspects and soil types including limestone-clay, lacustrine limestone and pudding stones in the Terrasses du Larzac.
