The Molinier's dry Costières de Nîmes rosé wine is blended from 50% Grenache Noir and 50% Syrah. It has quite a full-bodied palate so it stands up well to a garlic-rich aioli or spicy merguez sausages - ideal for picnics and barbecues. The Costières de Nîmes rosé from Château Roubaud is a classic of the region - a deep coloured wine, with ample red berry fruit aromas that give way to a rounded, redcurrant palate prior to a long, dry finish.
