Susi and Douglas Jacobsohn’s family estate in East Sussex faces south-west so is ideally suited for producing English sparkling wine. Since their first vintage release their wines have been critically acclaimed. This Cuvée Brut is based on a majority of Chardonnay with equal parts Pinots Noir and Meunier. Certified vegan. The Busi Jacobsohn Cuvée Brut is made up of 60% Chardonnay, and 20% each Pinots Meunier and Noir. Suitable for vegans (not fined using animal-derived products).
