'Le Petit Caboche' is a lip-smacking, supple red wine from Vaucluse, with dollops of berry fruit and warm, spicy flavours. Made by Jean-Pierre Boisson (former Mayor of Châteauneuf-du-Pape) and his daughter Emilie, this is an entry-level wine to a prestigious domaine that still represents excellent quality and value. Made from a blend of Syrah, Egiodola, Caladoc and Marselan, 'Petit Caboche' has a wealth of bright berry scents and flavours and a core of juicy, sweet fruit on the palate supported by supple, ripe tannins. This Vaucluse wine has the stuffing to age for a further 2 to 3 years but is already drinking beautifully on its youthful fruit. Vin de Pays de Vaucluse: Le Petit Caboche 2023. Domaine Père Caboche (Jean-Pierre & Emilie Boisson). Rhône Wine > Côtes du Rhône Wine. Red Wine
