This is the Boissons principal red bottling of Châteauneuf', called simply 'Domaine du Père Caboche', which hails from mature rootstock on the Le Crau plateau. Blended from 70% Grenache Noir, 10% each of Mourvèdre and Syrah and a diverse 'field blend' of lesser varieties. It is always a hedonistic and sumptuous offering.
