From the historic hill of Corton, comes an impressive Grand Cru Pinot Noir 'Les Grandes Lolières'. This is a Pinot Noir with concentration and structure. When young, the fruit has a leafy edge which softens over time before becoming wonderfully generous. Intense and spicy, with chocolate notes, a savoury gamey edge and forest fruits coming to the fore, this wine will reward cellaring in the medium term. A hugely complex wine that rewards ageing. Dark forest fruit aromas and flavours hide a powerful and well-built structure of tannins and acidity giving an elegant finish.
