The delightful \'Georgia\'s Paddock\' Riesling from Jasper Hill makes a welcome return in the 2023 vintage, after having fallen to drought and heat in previous years. From a three-hectare plot of vines, the Jasper Hill Riesling features an attractive straw-coloured robe, a zesty lime bouquet and tangy palate with a lovely, long finish.
