Saint Catherine Single Vineyard Chardonnay has a lovely golden colour, toasty top notes and a ripe tropical fruit palate with a lovely creamy texture and an elegant, dry finish. Barbecued prawns with a chilli and mango salsa would be an ideal food accompaniment. Light-golden single vineyard Chardonnay with a zingy stone-fruit nose and a hint of toasty oak followed by a creamy texture of buttery toast balanced by lemon and spice on the palate.Napier Single Vineyard wines are varietals originating from the best single vineyard sites which are less than 6 hectares in size. Water from the surrounding Hawequas Mountains is sustainably collected in dams around the property to manage development of each individual varietal, vineyard block and quality level.
