Philippe Collin\'s white Cremant de Limoux has been a hit since we started shipping it years ago, so it made perfect sense to add this, his sparkling rosé wine, to our stable. Like its white sibling, this salmon-pink rosé gives great bang for the buck!. From a bottle-fermented blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin Blanc and 25% Pinot Noir, this rosé Crémant de Limoux wine has a pretty salmon-pink hue, crushed summer-berry scents and flavours and an elegant, dry finish. This is a lovely reasonably priced bottle. If you like a glass of Laurent Perrier rose, but don’t want to pay the price, this is a great alternative. Definitely one of my favourites

Very nice. Quite a round, full style with just a touch of residual sugar. The weight and richness made it the perfect match for a BBQ mid-summer.
