A fine, well-crafted example of Burgundy Pinot Noir and a sibling for our Bourgogne Chardonnay, it has a palate of soft red fruits and will please red wine lovers as it drinks well with and without food. Served lightly-chilled it makes an ideal pairing for a simple collation of charcuterie, fresh bread and cornichons and perhaps some ripe Brie de Maux. A fine Bourgogne Pinot Noir from Stéphane Brocard, bottled under his \'Closerie des Alisières\' label. A delicate bouquet of raspberries and redcurrants with a touch of underlying rusticity precedes a palate of pure, soft red fruit flavours offset by supple tannins.
