The Beyer family have been winemakers in the historic region of Alsace for over 400 years. Unsurprisingly given that heritage, they have honed their skills and produce high-class Alsatian wine varieties, among which this Riesling shines brightly. This Alsace Riesling \'Réserve Personnelle\' from Léon Beyer is a clean, refined, delicately fruity dry wine, with an elegant lemon-scented bouquet of mineral and floral notes and a long, persistent finish. It is ideally suited to asiatic cuisine, or with shellfish and other seafood.It should be served cool but not over-chilled, at around 10 degrees C.
