Domaine de l\'Ancienne Cure\'s \'Jour de Fruits\' is a terrific Merlot-based blend in the inimitable Bergerac style that is intended to be drunk relatively young. With oodles of lushly juicy cherry-red fruit, a touch of cassis and a little strawberry on the palate, it\'s bright berry fruit aromas are supported by supple tannins and black pepper spice.Duck or small game dishes would be apposite food matches.
