The Sorcières\' white sibling is an expressive, aromatic \'Mediterranean\' blend of Grenache blanc, Vermentino, Roussanne and Macabeau. The perfect match for spicy \'pulpo\' or grilled sardines. Acclaimed sommelier turned winemaker Hervé Bizeul has shown the heights that can be reached in this fascinating region and produces a range of exceptional wines from 30 hectares. Its an intriguing mix of young and old vine fruit from limestone-clay soils (Vermentino, Roussanne) with the Maccabeo coming from vines planted in 1945. The blend varies according to vintage and in 2023, consists of 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Vermentino, 20% Roussanne and the remaining 10% Macabeau.
