If one were looking for a wine that exemplifies how the Languedoc offers terrific quality at modest prices this would silence any sceptics! Blended from Southern staples Syrah, Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Mourvèdre this Saint-Chinian wine has a fresh, lip-smacking finish that guarantees you\'ll want to take another sip. Vines have flourished here in Saint-Chinian since Roman times, and the site of the Château was a resting place on the medieval pilgrim\'s route of St Jacques de Compostela. Jean Lacugue farms the family 120 hectare estate, half of which is under vine.Although not as complex and rich as its senior sibling, Les Truffières, the Cuvée Magali is a youthful and accessible wine with a wealth of bright, berry fruit with peppery undertones. The blend varies slightly from vintage to vintage, currently it is composed of 48% Syrah, 23% Grenache Noir, 19% Cinsault and 10% Mourvèdre. Saint-Chinian: Château Milhau-Lacugue \'Cuvée Magali\' 2018. Jean Lacugue. Languedoc Wine > Saint-Chinian Wine. Red Wine
