Up on the stunningly beautiful northern peninsula of the Cap Corse, Lina Pieretti, one of Corsica\'s few female winemakers, makes this dry, zesty, onion-skin hued rosé wine that partners seafood perfectly. A coral pink, dry and aromatic Coteaux du Cap Corse rosé wine with appealing raspberry and rosehip aromas, blended from roughly equal parts of Nielluccio, Grenache and Alicante grown on a tiny plot in the North of the island. A beautiful complex rosé made with some of the less usual grapes - very distinctive and a change from the better known Provençal wines. Prices slightly high end but definitely worth it.
